We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction.<br><br>In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase.<br><br>It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.

Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

He has been great helping us find a new property to let and continuously being available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. Thanks to him we have found the perfect property and signed in a matter of days with the peace of mind that everything is being handled quickly and smoothly. Thanks again to Harvey and his team for all their help and hard work. I look forward to the future in our new flat.
23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We found their local property knowledge and professionalism, under Andrew’s stewardship, to be second to none, with honest and timely advice throughout. We have recommended Charters to others, who have also been very happy with the service.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Jo was really informative & enthusiastic about the property & had done her research into similar properties in the area, so knew what she was talking about. Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!
