She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

21st Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Rented a property through Jackson Howe and was made to feel unwelcome by the landlord and their family. Following this began to receive calls from JH suggesting and asking if I should leave early based on 'subsidence' in the property and my safety, subsidence was known at the start of the rental period and didn't noticeable change during the three months I stayed. After a matter of days I began to feel so uncomfortable that I asked to mutually end the lease agreement with the landlord after three months, when my minimum rent period was six months, to leave from the place that I stayed at. I am not sure if JH was working with the landlord to get me to move on or whether they were an unfortunate and unknowing part of the landlord (and landlords family) to get me out of the property. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth.

26th Jun 2021 (4 years ago)Herts Homes gave superb service! Jeff and John were very helpful, friendly and professional. Jeff was very quick to respond to questions and kept us informed all the way through the sale! The whole process from start to finish only took 9 weeks! We went with the suggested Conveyancer (Premier Property Limited) who were also very profressional. We would definitely recommend them as an agent. Thanks for such great service with a smile!

I want to thank Scott for all his help and advice and helping through everything, nothing was too much trouble . Scott was so efficient and professional . 16th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.
