Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.
6th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.

6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!
10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

The team were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect home. They communicated clearly at every stage, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire buying process feel smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their reliability and attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout, handled any issues quickly, and worked closely with all parties to ensure everything stayed on track. Their friendly and supportive approach made a huge difference during what can often be a complicated experience. I’m absolutely delighted with my new home and incredibly grateful for the outstanding service I received. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy a property — truly first-class!

6th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Savills is the management company of the Elms Parade car park and Westway Place Church Way - Botley, both parking lots managed by Smart Parking, company which has been frequently not fulfilling Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA 2012) and still sending parking charge notice to customers of the Elms Parade shops. It's outrageous how a management company still allow such scam to happen in their managed premisses. Just look on Google and you can see how many people have been scammed by Smart Parking. It is disgusting.
