29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Mrs Azra has been very helpful and courteous to me and my partner as we were trying to purchase a property. Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. It was such a lovely experience to meet her. We wish her all the good luck in her career! May many customers enjoy her assistance!

She was always very informative with new properties that she thought might be right for us and every viewing we attended to Katie was always there waiting to greet us and ready to showcase the property to it’s full potential. Once we found are property Katie was amazing in helping us with every step of the way. She made the whole process very easy with constant support and communication between us chancellors head office and our new landlord. We truly appreciate everything Katie done for us and can only describe her as totally amazing and wonderful in her role as a chancellors letting agent . 13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I would strongly advise people to avoid V&A Properties at all costs. In my experience, this company is not who they present themselves to be. I have had a property with them since the 1st of April. From the beginning, I was pressured with constant phone calls to sign the contract and tenancy agreement. There were known issues with repairs in the property, but I was told that tenants were happy to decorate and accept the condition, which led me to proceed with signing the tenancy agreement. We went ahead and installed brand new appliances through Currys — including a washing machine, fridge, electric hob, and oven. We even paid an additional fee for professional installation, all completed and signed off by Currys installers. However, two weeks later, I was informed that the property was “not certified” and that tenants could not be placed there. When I asked what exactly was not certified, I was told that the cooker needed to be a freestanding unit. Without consulting me or getting my approval, they arranged for an electrician to carry out work and then sent me a bill of £1,400. Their communication has been extremely poor throughout. They also claimed they had emailed me over the weekend and that I had agreed to pay for this work. When I questioned this, it became clear that the email had just been sent at that moment, yet they were trying to say I had already agreed. From my experience, this company operates unprofessionally and without proper communication. They made decisions without my consent and then expected me to cover the costs. Please avoid this company if you can and look for a more reliable estate agent. I am now seeking legal advice

When viewing houses they were enthusiastic and knowledgeable.When we purchased our home through them they were calm, reassuring and incredibly helpful. Considering moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do……..I would highly recommend using Tim Russ to make it the best experience it can be.- 1st Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)Frost have been beyond helpful. We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.

Emily the sales progressor kept us in the loop and always answered our questions asap. The WhatsApp group was easy to communicate and as a busy working mum, I was able to access all the messages when I could. I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend :)

10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

They kept us informed throughout the process even when the sale to the first propective buyers fell through. They found new buyers quickly and smoothly. We would like to mention two of their staff particularly, although all were polite and helpful: Mathew Marchent - saw us through the sale process. Danielle Gennard - helped us through the sales progression. She was always communicative and there with help and advice. Thank you to all the team.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
