The worst agency I've encountered during my property search. Attempted to force me into meeting their financial adviser before they'd accepted my offer on a 'fictitious' property they were advertising. An illegal practice. Steer well clear, these jokers will claim you have to be on there 'pre-approved' buyers list before they show you anything and then hounded me for days. Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees.
