Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)I would like to leave a very positive review for Alex at Foxtons Battersea. Alex has been an incredible support throughout the entire sale process. Before working with Foxtons, I was with another agency and unfortunately they were not supportive or helpful at all. The difference with Alex was truly remarkable. He was always professional, kind, and calm — even during the most stressful moments of the sale. He always had a solution ready and made us feel reassured at every stage. What I appreciated the most was his availability. He was always reachable and responsive, even while he was on holiday. We were constantly in touch, and that level of dedication made a huge difference for us. 5th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Unprofessional. AVOID at all costs!!! I had a deeply upsetting experience with this agency, I can’t give it a zero, so I will give it a one. After a failed application, they attempted to unlawfully withhold my holding deposit of over £400 by misrepresenting the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and making factually incorrect claims about my guarantor’s residency status. As a foreign person living in the UK, I felt targeted by their intimidation tactics. Kier Hawkins was incredibly rude on the phone, he screamed at me and treated me like I was "dumb" for asking legitimate questions about my application and deposit. It felt like they were banking on me not knowing the local laws. It was only after I formally involved The Property Ombudsman in my emails that the Director finally agreed to a refund. Even then, the final correspondence from the office, including the director, was spiteful and unprofessional. They don’t care about tenants rights. If you are from any international background, please be very careful with this branch. They use bullying and misinformation to try and keep your money. Document everything and know your rights!

Sal is a particularly helpful agent, who goes the extra mile to find the best possible properties for the tenants he advices, and the best possible tenants for the landlords he is working for.

Cia was professional, extremely kind and was able to show us properties that fit our requirements without wasting time on those which did not. On the occasions when I used their services, I find them to be knowledgeable and helpful. Les and Karl were always on the other end of the line, and they have both helped me with pre move in maintenance issues in order to get last minute rental move ins. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
