Everything was handled with the utmost efficiency, getting established was incredibly simple and friendly professionalism was maintained throughout the hasty process. Lisa and the team are always on hand any time we’ve needed them and they’ve been really proactive in dealing with any issues that have came up. Our portfolio is quite spread out, so without SHH we would be struggling to keep on top of it. They allow us to be very hands off which is vital for us Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent! Thanks again!

Suzanne and Eilidh were always available to help, whether by text message, email, or phone call, and they kept us updated every step of the way. They were both friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. Overall, the experience was both professional and personal, with me feeling well supported from start to finish. They both demonstrated their vast knowledge with the ever changing market which ultimately lead to an acceptable offer on my property.- 9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Every aspect of putting our house on the market was a seamless experience. The property assessor (Peter) was very professional and gave a realistic but accurate assessment of what we might achieve from a sale. The office staff (Ann and Louise) were also very professional but friendly and also responsive to my questions. Overall I could not recommend this team highly enough, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to others.

24th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Buyers and Sellers - Avoid! Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.- 17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have been looking for property in the Stirling area and have had several viewings across different agents. Clyde property has really been a stand-out. Agents are so responsive on both phone and emails and they are really helpful with queries from confused first-time buyers like me. Even though I didn't offer on a property with Clyde, they were still so lovely on the phone. Whenever I sell in the future I will definitely chose Clyde!

Being new landlord's, we thought we would compare and try someone else for our 2nd property, it all went horribly wrong and was rather stressful, but thankfully we were able to return to Scott (with our tail between our legs) who has yet again found a tenant and taken all the stress away from us. Cannot recommend Scott and Home Sweet Home highly enough for lettings. They are approachable , professional and as we found out, very forgiving! They communicate all the way through the process, prompting us where necessary. Lesson learnt for us, we won’t go anywhere else now
