11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.<br><br>I had a viewing booked for today at 4:40 PM. I arrived around 4:30 PM and waited outside for approximately 30 minutes, but nobody showed up.<br><br>I then went to the office to find out what was going on. The staff there called the person who was apparently supposed to be handling the viewing, only to be told that there was no viewing booked for me today.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already spoken to them about this viewing beforehand, and I also received a call from them this morning confirming that my viewing was at 4:40 PM today.<br><br>So I travelled there, waited outside for half an hour, and then had to go to their office myself just to be told that apparently there was no appointment. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating.<br><br>If you can’t manage your own viewing appointments or communicate properly with customers, at least have the professionalism to let people know rather than making them travel and stand outside waiting for someone who isn’t coming.<br><br>Very poor communication, organisation and customer service. I would seriously think twice before dealing with this company.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Having been bequeathed a property in Scotland, when I no longer live there, could have been extremely problematic. However from the first contact with Claire and then Gareth, who assisted throughout the whole process, I could not have wished for a better outcome. The house survey report, the EPC, marketing, pictures and drone pictures were all organised by Gareth - this was all undertaken via telephone discussions with Slater Hogg. Continual contact was maintained throughout the process. I always felt that Slater Hogg valued my business and due to the circumstances (me not living in Scotland) I believe that Claire and Gareth went beyond normal expectations to overcome difficulties that may have arisen due to the distance between me and the property.<br>Slater Hogg and Howison have been exceptional and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others and to Gareth I would say thank you - I truly appreciate your efforts on my behalf.

They were great when we bought our house 8 years ago so when we decided to sell we went with Your Move and I'm so glad we did. Our house sold quickly for more than we anticipated and the service we received was second to none. Thanks again for everything!
11th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)We had scheduled a viewing appointment for a property in Auchterarder, the agent called us on a No Caller Id number to say they would be late. We adjusted our schedule to accommodate. When we arrived at the property at the then agreed time and the agent was nowhere to be seen. We couldn’t call their number back and the office number went straight to voice mail. After waiting for 15 minutes they called us back and said they were at a different property, and misunderstood the visit we had agreed to visit and they did not have the keys. Pretty disappointing organisation given that they knew we were leaving the next morning. Make sure you double check all the details yourself if you’re going to work with this company.

They were not particularly proactive, communication was poor at times, and the service felt quite old-fashioned and outdated compared with what I would expect from a modern property company. The weekend staff in particular could also benefit from some training in basic customer service.- 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I had a really good experience with James from Clyde. He was super helpful - and working with him didn’t feel like work at all. He is so friendly, kind and most importantly patient. I had some issues with keys working - and he was very helpful. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks so much

Lisa was fantastic throughout the purchase of my new home in Larbert.<br><br>From the very first viewing, she was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was absolutely no pressure, which made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable.<br><br>From viewing the property right through to picking up the keys, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and completely stress-free. The whole Atrium team were always on hand to answer any questions I had and made the entire process feel so much easier than I expected.<br><br>The little gift from the Atrium team when I collected the keys was such a lovely and thoughtful touch.
