O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

They have been guided us through all aspects in the process of selling our flat, always at the end of the phone when needed. Within one week of putting our flat up for sale we had a buyer. I would highly recommend Your Move Estate Agent in Montrose for buying and selling your home.

Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.

From our initial offer right through to collecting the keys, Lynsey was professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally responsive. Throughout the process she kept us informed, replied promptly to our questions and always took the time to explain matters clearly, giving us confidence at every stage of what was a completely new experience for us. What impressed us most was her proactive approach. Whenever an issue arose, whether it was title enquiries, property alterations or coordinating with the seller’s solicitors, Lynsey was always one step ahead and focused on finding practical solutions while keeping the transaction progressing smoothly. Buying your first home can be a daunting experience, but Lynsey made the entire process feel straightforward and well managed. As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
