If you’re looking for an estate agent that is proactive in every aspect of their job then keystone is the one for you. They never leave you in the dark about your sale and are always pushing to get the sale through as quickly and efficiently as possible. Selling a house is a huge stress but with keystone it was a stress free smooth process from the valuation all the way through to completion, I can’t recommend keystone enough

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Great service. Leaders Crewe initially got the opportunity because they did the basics right, which their competitors didn't. They answered the phone, returned any messages and communicated well. Latterly, Ben Stevenson took the reins as manager and within a short space of time sold our property. From that point the process is fraught with issues (ours was relatively simple) which Ben and Sue Carter held our hands through. Would recommend

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We are currently looking for a property in Nantwich, Cheshire and have viewed several houses advertised through BJB, where Paige Malik has been our main point of contact. Paige has a warm and friendly demeanour while remaining thoroughly professional. She has been very knowledgeable about each of the properties we have viewed, and on the rare occasions where she didn’t have an immediate answer, she always came back to us very quickly with the information. Because Paige has taken the time to understand exactly what we are looking for, and due to the excellent service we have received, we have now decided to instruct BJB to sell our own home.

Nikita looked after us throughout the whole process and made everything feel very straightforward and manageable. She was always helpful, quick to respond to any questions, and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish. It made what could have been a stressful process much easier for us. Would definitely recommend Hunters, and especially Nikita, to anyone going through a similar process.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Carol has been great keeping me upto date with any news and chasing up the solicitors on my behalf. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
