8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. Thank you all for your excellent service
26th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Really brilliant Estate Agents. They marketed our house really well, great photos and description. They went to a lot of effort in their viewings and were very courteous, friendly and professional. We went through a difficult time as we had to replace our septic tank with a sewage plant and Colwills were so supportive which we very much appreciated. We were so pleased to sell our house. We cannot recommend them enough.

28th Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)Just wanted to give Holly Hasan a special mention. I called into the Looe office on a couple of occasions to keep up to speed with what was available. Both times Holly was polite, attentive and helpful. Although I didn't end up buying from Stratton Creber (hence couldn't give 5*), if I was selling my property in this area, I am positive she would provide a first class and proactive service.

The service we have received from Hayley and the rest of the ladies at Fox and Sons Saltash has been top tier, constant communication about the process of selling, viewings and helpful hints and tips to market the property has made the whole procedure less stressful and easy for us. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

As a Charity based in London holding residential property investments far away, we rely on quality of service which can often be difficult to find in the residential lettings market. Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.
2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Scott Parry associates have just successfully sold our Property in Cargreen, and I can honestly say that they are by-far the best agents that we have ever dealt with. We went with Scott after his property appraisal, as he was genuinely enthusiastic about our property and location, and the photography and drone footage that they provided was incredible. The market is very challenging at the moment, and the team persevered with many viewings and were proactive and accommodating for potential viewings throughout the entire process. The whole team were fantastic, and in particular Megan, who we could not fault, and we felt like she made it her mission to sell our property. The market is incredibly tough, so be realistic about your sell price and Scott Parry Associates will get it done for you!
