An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found. The agents were respectful of my property at all times, providing me with comments from the viewers. I am delighted that their efforts were rewarded with the sale. Both times Holly was polite, attentive and helpful. Although I didn't end up buying from Stratton Creber (hence couldn't give 5*), if I was selling my property in this area, I am positive she would provide a first class and proactive service.

The service we have received from Hayley and the rest of the ladies at Fox and Sons Saltash has been top tier, constant communication about the process of selling, viewings and helpful hints and tips to market the property has made the whole procedure less stressful and easy for us. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!

We had a couple things that needed looking at when we moved in and they’ve sorted someone straight away to get it fixed.

Ben was supportive and informative throughout the offering process, and once our offer was accepted, Hannah in the sales progression team was so proactive with solicitors on both sides to make sure everything moved along as quickly and smoothly as possible. Their help and expertise meant the sale went through as early as it could have done and their communication throughout was fantastic. During the sales process, Josh was so helpful and accommodating in showing us around the property as we made plans for renovations, and we felt like the whole team couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend working with this fantastic team whether you're buying or selling.
