Belle was exceptional from start to finish. I was particularly impressed by how proactive she was in keeping the purchase moving forward and ensuring all parties stayed on track. She regularly kept me informed of progress and worked closely with my solicitor, acting as an effective middle ground to help keep communication flowing smoothly. Whenever I had questions that hadn’t been answered elsewhere, Belle was always happy to help and provided clear, helpful responses. Her response times were consistently prompt, which made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. Thank you, Belle, for your professionalism, dedication, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend both Belle and Stratton Creber to anyone buying or selling a property.

11th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)I would highly recommend. It took an absolute age for our sale to go through due to the constant questions, nit picking and foot dragging by our buyers solicitor. Liz Kevern kept us on an even keel throughout when there were times when we felt like throwing the towel in. Her sensible advice and local knowledge were invaluable. She stayed connected throughout the whole process and was very approachable. Thanks to the sales staff's efforts also. Ours was not an easy property to sell but Claire finally managed it. Must not forget the admin staff either. Our thanks to all.

David and the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable, providing a top quality service throughout the purchasing process. David and the team were a real pleasure to work with, making the process stress free and assisting in anyway they could. They were instrumental in helping us move from offer accepted to completing in just 7 weeks. The property was a fantastic example of a home in a stunning location. We'll certainly be using DJR estate agents again in the future.

The initial enquiry, right through to viewing, applying and moving in felt seamless. The communication, handy online platform and the process for all the forms felt, dare I say, relaxing, which really made the prospect of a big house move less daunting. Particular thanks to the incredible Nettie. Being our contact for the whole process was such a blessing. She was warm, professional, and so helpful, and it made all the difference having her on the day of the move to hand over keys and share her best wishes. From my initial consultation with Lisa, whose friendly approach and humorous video introductions to Andrew, who kept me informed at every key stage, as well as all the other staff members who assisted along the way, the service has been exceptional. Thank you all for your professionalism, communication, and support throughout. Webbers also recommended Bright Solicitors, who have been excellent to work with and provided a similarly high standard of service. Unfortunately, the buyers' solicitors were a stark contrast and fell well short of the standard demonstrated by everyone else involved. I look forward to leaving feedback that accurately reflects my experience with them. Thank you again to the entire Launceston team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
