It was easy enough to organise viewings and when we put in our offer Kieran became our main point of contact who was super helpful throughout especially given we were first time buyers. He followed up with us throughout the process, liaised with the buyer and solicitors aswell as further down the chain to ensure we always knew what was going on. Thanks Kieran!!

It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. 1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Graeme Pierce at Thomas Merrifield, Kidlington is a top, top professional. Estate Agents have traditionally taken a lot of stick with their fees being seen as easily earned. Not on this occasion. Graeme managed a difficult sales process with patience, with calmness and with superb people skills. Graeme earned every penny of the fee he charged, overcoming several obstacles and using the experience he has accumulated to assuage the various personalities within a complex chain. I am a GP super fan!!
