Viewings demonstrated how well these guys understand their local market and how Marc in particular listened to what we needed and provided valuable insight and advice along the way. From offer to completion was incredibly smooth, with no friction at any time. We never want to sell in this amazing location, but if we ever do we know who we’ll use. Thanks again.

4th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)We recently bought our home through Blount and Maslin and the experience was brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>Julie Gleed was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and honestly, she was so lovely that we really wanted to buy a house from her which only helped make the decision to offer so much easier. Her warmth and professionalism set a lovely tone from the very first conversation, giving us real confidence in the process from day one.<br><br>The sales progression team were equally impressive, especially Carol Reid, who kept everything moving with real efficiency and care. Communication was excellent throughout, and thanks to their efforts our transaction completed quickly and smoothly, with none of the usual conveyancing stress.<br><br>Highly recommend Blount and Maslin — a genuinely lovely, professional team.
11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)AVOID CONNELLS AT ALL COSTS I am receiving passive aggressive emails from Connells 5 years after they made my house purchase 10x harder than it needed to be despite being told my information had been removed from their databases in line with GDPR regulations- clearly they cannot even manage that. As a first time buyer I was given a terrible deal as I unfortunately did not know any better- if you are a first time buyer, or really any buyer, AVOID CONNELLS. EDIT 17/3/26 - you’ve replied telling me to get in touch to make it look to people like you’re doing something about this but you have now not replied to my email. Again, Connells cannot manage the most basic of tasks - do not involve them in your purchase/sale/rental of your house. Edit 1/6/26 still no reply, avoid this company. 11/6/26 I have received another email reminding me to renew my mortgage, clearly GDPR means nothing to this company. I still have not received an email which I was promised in reply to this review.

During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.
