James made us extremely relaxed and using his extensive property knowledge pointed out many details that we would have missed. I will definately be recommending Murrays to friends wishing to purchase in the Stroud valleys.

Raph took care of me through the whole process and was very supportive through some conveyancing complications. Having dealt with a lot of local agents while viewing properties, Murray’s from first contact felt the most professional & attentive. I instantly felt in safe hands and was very happy they had the property I ended up going for ! Which is no surprise as they always represent the most gorgeous properties in the area. Thanks Murray’s , would 100% recommend and will return when it comes to moving on without a doubt.

Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support. Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!

In our opinion Geordie went over and above with his constant communication with all parties in the chain, which assisted us during exchange and completion. 13th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.
