17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Stacy handled the sale and was Polite knowledgeable and professional at all times. Answering any questions that I had thoroughly and explaining so that I totally understood. Stacy valued the property and marketed it at what I thought was the most realistic price from the 3 valuations I had received. The property was only on the market for 2 weeks and 3 days before I received 2 offers for the full asking price.
24th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We viewed a property on December 30 2025 and made an offer the same day. Although the office was closed , the manager rang me from home and we started the process.. Through out the whole journey Marian from the Stockton office was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant touch and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went over and beyond to help us. We shall never forget her professionalism and kind nature.

17th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Dowen, Unprofessional estate agent.… I was very disappointed with Down estate agents, I booked a viewing for 1400hrs on the 17th June, at park road Hartlepool, and confirmed it with the agency, we waited for over 30 minutes for an agent to turn up, but no one did, I called their office and the lady said she's stuck in traffic she will be there shortly, we waited for a further 20 minutes, but no one turned up, I called the office again but this time no one answered, so I left a message, stating that if no one turns up in 5 minutes, we won't be bothering with the viewing, no one turned up, this company is so so so unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them, if they can't be bothered to turn up for a viewing of a property, then it says it all, It's that bad that I can't start rate them,
9th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

Catie gave us an honest valuation and realistic advice, found us a buyer quickly, and helped us secure our dream home. The whole team kept us updated throughout and were always on hand to answer any questions. We approached 3 agents and chose Tom at Newfields who was very sensitive to the situation as well as professional, dealing with all queries promptly and efficiently. He kept us fully informed and managed the sale effectively achieving a good price within a reasonable timescale.<br>I can really recomend Tom and Newfield Estates.

All staff were very professional throughout and more than helpful with general queries. I especially felt listened to by Emma who really guided me through the sales process regarding time frames and next steps. Emails were answered promptly, communication was clear and I felt reassured that the team managed our sale well throughout. A very successful outcome and a big thank you.

Everyone was incredibly supportive and stayed in regular contact throughout the process, facilitating several visits to the property. Aidan was really helpful, helping to move things forward quickly and facilitating communication between solicitors and the seller. Would recommend them to anyone!
