I've been dealing with two other estate agents recently and Michael Poole Billingham were by 'far and away' the best. Debbie was very friendly and gave us all good support and advice. She communicated with us throughout the process of the sale. I can honestly this has been the best experience I have ever had in selling a house. Michael Poole Billingham and Debbie in particular were exceptional.

Angle of photographs poor. In description mentioned village setting in a market town. Giving me statistics suggesting they had sent 105 emails to various clients, when it turned out to be the same clients they were emailing every 2-3 weeks. Very poor agents. In that time, I have not had a single viewing, but more importantly, there has been zero proactive communication or updates from their team.<br><br>The pattern seems to be: sign the agreement, upload the photos, and then completely forget the client exists. The only time I hear anything is when I make the effort to reach out to them first.<br><br>Selling a home requires active management, continuous feedback on market positioning, and clear updates—none of which I have experienced here. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service.
