16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
16th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property
21st Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.
14th May 2023 (2 years ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.

1st Jul 2022 (3 years ago)Fantastic and professional team! They are honestly the best agents in the area, I have such a great experience with them. They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. First class service, cannot recommend them enough!

11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
