Unfortunately the flats surrounding us are let by IPS. After contacting them three times over six months to cut back their Bush on the front yard which was nlocking the walkway, they finally came and sorted it, but left a giant bag of branches, leaves, and sticks in front of our flat, which were there for over two months. Not only this, but the bush was cut back to stumps, which looks hideous outside our flat... When they did collect the bag, they left behind hundreds of leaves which had now been dragged right across the front yard, and onto the street, leaving a mess which we will probably have to tidy ourselves... If being slow to react and pure laziness are traits you've always dreamt of in your landlord/estate agents, then IPS will definitely be ready to hear from you.... Read more

After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell. ... Read more
