I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. She kept in regular contact every step of the way, providing frequent updates and always taking the time to reassure us with phone calls and emails.<br><br>Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the Lomond rental/management company, and there were multiple occasions where it seemed like we were going to lose the property altogether. Despite all the setbacks, Nicole never stopped fighting our corner. She went above and beyond, chasing every avenue possible and doing everything she could to ensure we secured the property we’d been waiting for all along.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Nicole was patient, persistent, professional and incredibly thorough. If it wasn’t for her determination, we genuinely believe we would have been left without a home, with our current rental property now sold and the buyers due to exchange and complete within the week.<br><br>Although the process itself was far from straightforward, Nicole made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property. She is a real credit to the company.
10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)A warning for buyers and sellers.<br><br>Unfortunately, like many estate agents in the UK, this branch appears to prioritise its own business interests over both buyers and sellers.<br><br>In our experience, if you don’t already have a property listed with them or aren’t using their additional services (such as mortgage brokering), it can feel like you have very little chance against buyers who do. Even when you do everything right as a buyer, it feels as though preference is given to applicants who generate the agency additional commission through multiple transactions or add-on services.<br><br>Sellers should also consider whether they are truly being presented with the strongest buyer overall, or simply the buyer most commercially beneficial to the agency. That could potentially mean losing out on better offers from genuine buyers who really love the property.<br><br>Buyers should be aware that being in a strong position alone may not be enough if you are not also using the agency’s wider services or related transactions.<br><br>While all offers legally have to be passed on, we’ll never know how fairly or enthusiastically competing offers were presented, and the overall process left us with very little confidence in the transparency of how things were handled.

As we live over 100 miles away, this presented many difficulties for us but Rob, Henry, Sam and the team provided a professional service and gave regular updates throughout the whole process. We have not experienced any issues with the Aspire Team , who are very friendly and helpful at all times. The current market conditions are very challenging at the moment, however the Aspire team have been very supportive to us during the period our property has been on the market. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

Him and the team couldn’t do enough to help us and any questions or query’s we had they would always help us straight away in any way they could! Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay!<br><br>What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage. He was honest, approachable and always happy to explain things or give advice when we needed it.<br><br>We are now getting close to exchange and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. The staff were all excellent in marketing, all aspects of administration and most of all in their support of both myself as the client and potential purchasers. Grace and especially Will kept me informed at all times regarding progress of my sale. Will was outstanding in that he always returned my calls and sorted out any query or issue that I had. I recommend the services of William H Brown without hesitation.
