Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

But where both impressed by his refreshing approach taken from his own experience with developing and selling his own properties. Keen and interested to listen and give good advice. Patrick Kavanagh couldn’t do enough to help and came across as a genuine ,friendly and trustworthy individual and a credit to his business and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any prospective buyer to get in contact and feel they are in good hands
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We panicked and called PPM Services Pest Control today after discovering what we thought were wasps in our chimney coming into our living room. The owner came out immediately on his way home from work and was with us in less than 5 minutes and quickly reassured us that they were actually honey bees. He was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. Such an amazing person and a great company. You should be very proud of the service you provide. We would definitely use your services again in the future and would recommend you to anyone needing a quick, professional service. Highly recommended!

23rd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
