4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We contacted Brown&Co as they had sold another property for us about nine years previously, which had gone very well. We put this property on the market in 2025 and at this point we were introduced to Elisha who dealt with us very professionally. Elisha was always happy to discuss how to move forward and we felt she always kept us informed of what was happening. If Elisha was on another call she called back promptly and was excellent at responding to questions and following things through. We eventually moved in May 2026 and purchased another house through Brown&Co and very much appreciated the patience and time Mason and Sally spent keeping us informed of progress. 23rd Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)A few times they didn’t get back to me after a viewing which was annoying. They wanted me to drop the price as the market had gone quiet (Christmas time). I declined and when market picked up I sold my house just under asking price.

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. Very pleased.

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. 4th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.
