I would especially like to mention Sunny, who was extremely polite and communicated very well. He took my concerns seriously and made a real effort to resolve the problem. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Home Finders to others.

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)As a buyer I'd had a great experience with Bairstow Eves East Ham a few years ago, so when I decided to sell the house it made sense to go back to them. It was definitely the right decision. Communication with David and Maria was very smooth and I always felt in the loop. I've never actually sold a property before, and was a bit intimidated by the idea initially, but thanks to Maria and David's efforts I was always pretty confident that it was all going to be okay. Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving. We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

4th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)Although I am not a direct customer of this company, I have been significantly affected by their management of a neighbouring property. For over 13 years, ongoing issues have resulted in water damage to my home, with little evidence of proactive maintenance or accountability. In my experience, responses have been reactive rather than preventative, and concerns are often dismissed or redirected—frequently with the suggestion to pursue matters through personal insurance instead of addressing the root cause. There have also been instances where work was quoted for issues that did not appear to exist, raising concerns about transparency. Overall, the lack of responsibility and long-term resolution has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
