16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ameded from five stars to one. After the tenancy ended it is impossible to get the deposit back from the agency. There isn't even a dispute, they are unresponsive and in nerly two months since the contract expired have done nothing except forwarding one email from the landlord. Everything else is me chasing them without any results. I have never waited this long and I am still waiting with zero support or ownership from them. Demoralising, best avoid. Original review below: Great experience renting with Dockside, professional, tailored and effective. Deepak has been great throughout the whole process.
17th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Have dealt with Look for 30 plus years, as letting agents for an HMO & in all honesty, never had a bad experience. No none payt. & very pleasant tenants. The recent house sale went very smoothly & the consideration with which Look dealt with the tenants was reflected in their being obliging during a process that had no advantage to them.
19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Oliver Jacques is a great support to Chisenhale Primary School, both with financial sponsorship, and practical support in running games at our Winter and Summer fairs, as well as paying for hands-on animal workshops for our pupils. We are very grateful for their on-going support for or school community.

2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We bought a house in Leyton with Allen and Davies. Our main point of contact was Vivien - she was amazing. It is very rare to come across kind, helpful and good at their job estate agents(!) - but she was very much this. She made the process so much easier from start to finish and we felt in safe hands. She was really good at communicating and keeping us abreast of developments. Honest, fair and reliable. We worked a bit with Tony too and he was great. Overall we highly recommend Allen and Davies - they were transparent, helpful, and the best estate agent we have worked with to date.

14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. 22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Very poor experience from start to finish. I called on Saturday and was told they would check with the current tenants and arrange a viewing. They booked me in for 15:00, but when I called to confirm they went silent and stopped responding.<br><br>I chased again on Monday and they rearranged the viewing for 13:15. I arrived at 13:17. As I pulled up in my car the agent was already leaving, and we made eye contact. It was obvious I was there for the property, yet he carried on walking off, later claiming he assumed I wasn't coming. He couldn't wait even two minutes. When he finally came back to show me the property, he was abrupt, barely spoke to me, and gave the impression he had no interest in showing it at all.<br><br>When I asked about any flexibility on the rent, he told me he already had four other offers, all at the full asking price of £1,375, and that all four had already paid deposits.<br><br>Afterwards I messaged to ask about the council tax and to let them know I liked the property and wanted to put in an offer. Again, no reply. They simply ghosted me.<br><br>A complete lack of basic customer service and common courtesy. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

David was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process for us :as we aren’t very experienced tenants and had a lot of questions. Thank you so much!<br>The bitter and fake reviews are unfair and unsure why google hasn’t removed them yet because it can put fear for no reason. No company is perfect, but this one is decent! ??

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

8th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. His open, transparent and proactive approach made everything straightforward and seamless, which made a real difference. We’d happily recommend him to anyone looking to rent a property.
