We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!

Throughout my entire tenancy, the team, especially Kamal, Sheetal and Jyothy were incredibly professional and transparent. Any issues were handled promptly, and communication was always clear and honest. It’s rare to find an agency that maintains such high standards over such a long period. I truly felt like a valued tenant and would highly recommend Sonia estates and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agency."

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

This time we are selling and, after a recommendation from a friend, instructed a much bigger local firm and really regretted it. After 10 months on the market with 5 offers but no exchange we decided to change agents and use Chas Lowe again. We instantly knew it was the right decision. These men know what they are doing. They know the area and they have a positive, no nonsense attitude which I much prefer to the usual cowboy estate agents. We dealt mainly with James for the viewings and Anthony for all of the after sales stuff( which I had no idea could be so lengthy and tricky- dealing with very particular buyers). Anybody can show potential buyers around your home and get them to like it. The staff in this office actually get the job done and keep you informed at all times-coming up with good ideas and different strategies along the way. I would never mess around with any other firms. Go straight to Chas Lowe. You will be glad that you did.
