I had a buyer and the deal didn’t go through because the agents wanted cash under the table. Also former member of staff from the Bromley branch made it clear he and alongside a few other with different background were getting pushed out the company

From the start, Sam was really easy to talk to, and he explained things clearly, which helped take a lot of the stress out of the process. He was always happy to answer our questions (and we had quite a few), and he kept us updated throughout, which made everything feel much more manageable. He was supportive, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us through such an important step. Buying a first home can be quite overwhelming, but Sam made the whole experience feel a lot smoother. We would also highly recommend John Payne Lee for their excellent service and support throughout. Thanks again, Sam we really appreciate everything you did for us.

I signed them up to be agents on my property and after 3 months they had only brought one person for a viewing. I switched agents. They tried to inform me they couldn’t take down the listing immediately from online portals which is a lie and then they dropped the price of the listing without even getting permission from me to do so. Avoid! If you ever want to be convinced of the dishonest nature of estate agents, this is it!

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.
