He answered any queries which I had very promptly .....he gave me excellent advice from our first point of contact. Thomas and Kellie offered ideas to 'tweek' certain aspects of my property to make it more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.....which obviously helped as he achieved a sale within four weeks!!! Well done to Thomas and his staff at Essex Guild Homes!!!

12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We used Hamilton Piers in Springfield. I gave 4 stars because I thought the communication between the sales team could have been a bit better when doing tge viewings. Having said that we were overall happy and would recommend them. I give Sarah in Sales Progression 5 stars because she was brilliant, she always called me back when I had a query or needed an update.

He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

23rd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would highly recommend the team at Abbotts Rochford. They were extremely helpful and supportive, kept in regular contact and chased replies with the conveyancer and buyers. From meeting Annette at the start who impressed me with her ability to walk around the house, notice all the extras and reassure me the price we proposed was suitable. Then Ben, Eve and Irina who did such a great job showing potential buyers around and helped to sell the property and kept me sane during the stressful times of waiting on searches and all the slow things that delay the exchange, to Chris who started towards the end and was also extremely positive and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others wanting a successful house sale. Thank you

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, she helped me secure the ideal flat in the right location, at the right price, and without any stress. Wendy was incredibly supportive before, during, and even after the purchase. She was always responsive, professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. 5th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)I strongly advise staying away from this letting agency—it's been the most terrible experience I've ever had. I could go on and on about how awful they have been, but honestly, I’d recommend steering clear of them completely if you value your peace of mind.
9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
