19th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.

Top communications in organising and informing of viewings and prompt actions once offers and eventual sale was processed. Excellent all round from the whole team.

He responded promptly to all our queries and kept us updated at every stage. Oliver also communicated effectively with the sellers’ solicitors, which really helped the process move smoothly and gave us peace of mind. His professionalism and support were truly appreciated. We would definitely recommend Connells Estate Agents, especially Oliver, for anyone buying a property.

1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)As a first time seller I had a positive experience with LB and felt i was in a safe pair of hands. I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
