His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, something that made a real difference when situations became uncertain. What stood out most was his persistence and problem solving approach. Rather than simple updates he worked to resolve issues and liaising between all parties. It felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all of us.
