More or less 0 communication from them.Do not let your property with them, as soon as they sign you up, they don't care about you (landlord) they only care in collecting they'r cut . They are not interested in doing property chec ups, etc.... really really terrible evil people at that branch.
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Williams and Donovan were fantastic to deal with. Really friendly, very efficient and excellent communications. Stephanie, my sales progressor, in particular was stand out! It was a difficult & complicated chain with numerous issues lower down and she kept pushing it along, solving problems that were not even hers to solve.<br>The entire team were excellent and a very refreshing change after dealing with a crap agency previously who really should aspire to do much better.

They handled the sale of our late mother's house with exceptional professionalism, sensitivity and care during what was a very difficult time for our family. From the outset, their excellent local knowledge and extensive contacts were evident. Their marketing was extremely effective, generating strong interest immediately and resulting in the property being sold within just one week and one day of going on the market. The team managed all viewings on our behalf, keeping the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported and well informed. Beresfords made what could have been an overwhelming experience remarkably easy. Their professionalism, efficiency and understanding were outstanding, and we are extremely grateful for everything they did. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Well pleased- 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)The sales instruction was given on the basis of the local knowledge and market evaluation provided by the agent. However during the agreed length of the agreement, no viewing was arranged, at the end of the 4th week, agent approached me for a chat, agreed a time. He never contacted me, my overall experience with this so called “ Estate Agent” is terrible, no communication from the office/agent since instruction, not pro active. This resulted in my withdrawing from the market

She’s been super encouraging along the journey of buying our first home, leading us to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has been super informative and lovely to speak to. All round a really good branch to go with for looking for your home, that go above and beyond in supporting you across the whole process.
