From the moment he found our buyer right through to when we handed over the keys, his communication was flawless. He kept us updated at every single stage—honestly, much more than our solicitor ever did! Ross is incredibly professional, personable, and empathetic, which made a huge difference during a stressful process. To top it all off, they gave us a lovely moving-in gift box packed with goodies and money-off vouchers. Thank you, Ross and the team, for going above and beyond!

They have been very helpful and informative all the way through the sale of my mother’s house . Luckily, we sold it very quickly thanks to Bradley, who came to view the property and was very confident that it would sell .. indeed he was right, the first viewers bought it !! I also have to thank Natasha, who kept us fully updated as the sale progressed, sending emails on a weekly basis … also Caroline and indeed Alex that came in towards the end of the sale … what more can I say … a truly great team that pull together to help the sale go through smoothly and indeed it did!! A big thank you again to Bradley who started the ball rolling back in March … and we completed the sale this week !! Thank you to Lorraine & Gina for helping us through out the process where we were buying our first property. unfortunately we had chosen the worst solicitors imaginable. They were on the case through out the process even on their days off chasing for us. We would never have gotten the property when we did if was not for them ?? thank you girls. Safe to say if we ever move in the future we will be using knights residential in Colchester ???????????? Megan & Justin

We originally went with Gibson & Brennan however they were rude, ready to take low offers and went against our wishes. Bear estate agents were polite, supportive, worked hard and great throughout. A pleasant experience at a good cost! Would totally recommend. special thanks to Ellie, Jack, Joe, Leanne (those that I knew of)

They have moved away from the traditional hard sell estate agent , they work with huge knowledge and quiet confidence. We are happy with all aspects of their work and would say that despite their higher fees they are worth every penny.
