4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Having used another agent, I received only 2 enquiries over 3 months. I went to Keith Ashton and received 2 enquiries within days. One resulted in a firm offer at the asking price. The sale went through without any problems. They are the best.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We couldn't be happier with the exceptional service we received from Payne and Co from start to finish. Selling a property can be a stressful process, but their team made it completely seamless. Communication was brilliant throughout. We were always kept in the loop with regular updates, feedback after viewings, and prompt replies to any questions we had. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done smoothly were second to none. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!"
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Vicki at Abode has been fantastic throughout our house sale, going above and beyond to sort out issues in the chain and with the solicitors. She also kept in touch with updates as soon as she had them. Out of the estate agents that visited before we put our house on the market, she was the stand-out choice. Thank you.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Viewed houses with oranges and was very please with it, the lady (Kirsty Sullivan) was very patient with any questions. 10/10 would recommend to friend and family

23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Provided a thorough service but was ultimately unable to sell our house
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Quite disappointing, I call in on Monday and spoke with a Danielle who proceeds to huff and puff down the phone and say she has not yet sat down and when ready she will send an email for an application (this is at 9.30am ish) I was made to seem like it I was a nuisance calling and the complete attitude during the call was horrendous. Called again today as we made our enquiry on Saturday when the property was listed via rightmove, spoke on Monday and agreed once she has spoken with tenants she will call me only to get an email to say they are all booked. I have no issue with a first come first serve basis but the attitude from this member of staff on the phone is shocking put aside the messy communication. Completely put me off this estate agent entirely if that’s the expectation for staff to speak to customers then I’m glad I don’t have to deal with Ashleigh Stone again.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Katy was extremely helpful and kind over the phone. She has booked everything in within minutes and answered all my questions.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Helen was amazing kept me informed regularly. Answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Thank you Helen for all your help

They made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.

A special thank you to Hannah for all her help and support. She was absolutely lovely and made everything so much easier. Really appreciate everything and would definitely recommend them!
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Very helpful and polite for information
Zahid and wasim are good
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)They’ve really made things easy for me struggled with a couple things but they helped me
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)We recently sold our house through OC Homes and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the initial valuation, Tony showed an impressive knowledge of the local market and set a realistic, competitive price for our property. On our viewings we were kept updated after all viewings. Selling a house can be stressfull but the OC team made the whole process smooth, professional and relatively stress free. If you want an estate agent who works hard for their fee then look no further than OC Homes. Thanks to ALL you guys at OC Homes.
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Megan and Tilly are an absolute pleasure to work with.

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Jamie and Ellie at the Wickford office worked with us to sell the house of my late Father. As a probate sale and given that we live some distance from Wickford, I have to say that they were professional, compassionate and helpful throughout. They really went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I had an amazing experience with the Presidential team - especially Stewart, who goes above and beyond to do the very best for the client. Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Every interaction, whether over the phone or in person, is met with a friendly and welcoming approach.

Tom, the manager, deserves particular recognition for going above and beyond to ensure the moving process runs as smoothly as possible. He is always on hand to answer questions, offer valuable advice and provide reassurance whenever needed. His guidance and support have made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.

I would highly recommend Leaders Witham to anyone looking to sell their property. Tom, Abi and Martyn have been fantastic throughout, and their dedication, knowledge and approachable manner have made a real difference to my experience. Anyone fortunate enough to have their support can feel confident that they are in very capable hands.
1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Connells provided an excellent service throughout the process even helping unravel some legal questions marks we had even though it was not their responsibility.
Polite friendly and willing staff who always turned up for viewings as planned (Not all of them do!!)
Highly recommended
