25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Deeply Concerning, Disorganised, and Discriminatory Experience with Dimension Estates I am writing this based on my close friend’s experience with Dimension Estates, and frankly, it is alarming. The situation my friend Ruben Nobre was involved in raises serious concerns about how applicants are being handled and prioritised. For queer people — especially those already navigating housing insecurity — experiences like this do not exist in isolation. When processes are opaque, inconsistent, and dismissive, they create space for bias, whether explicit or implicit. There is a long history of queer individuals, including those who are already marginalised or in precarious circumstances, being overlooked, deprioritised, or subtly excluded from housing opportunities. Situations like this reinforce that reality. When someone does everything right and is still pushed aside under questionable circumstances, it is difficult not to question whether prejudice — including homophobia or queerphobia — is playing a role, or at the very least being enabled by a lack of transparency and accountability. For many, housing is not just about convenience — it is about safety, dignity, and the possibility of a future. Experiences like this send a very clear message: that some people are more easily disregarded than others. Dimension Estates seriously needs to address not only its communication and organisation, but also the fairness and integrity of its processes. Right now, it is failing on all fronts.

A special mention to Paul, Lloyd and Jack in particular as we had the most dealings with these lovely agents. The whole team at this branch have worked above and beyond for us during this process and made it feel stress free. Thank you so much !

18th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We looked at a few properties in the Wickford area & had the pleasure of being shown round by Caroline, she was fantastic with her knowledge of the properties & was very accomodating with time at the viewings, she understood our needs & when the property we are now in the process of buying came on the market she knew it would tick all the boxes we had. She went out of her way to ensure a viewing for us before a family trip to Scotland & she was right when saying it was right for us. The rest of the team in Wickford have been great as well but Caroline desrves all the credit for finding us our perfect home. Thanks again to all involved

23rd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Just about to complete on a very lengthy and drawn out sale with a chain of 4 houses. Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. My family have used them a few times now and cannot fault the dedication and service.....

They kept me fully updated at all stages of the sale, particular thanks to Camron. Thank you to Priyesh and Amar for guiding me through the sale process and I will definitely recommend OC Homes to my friends an family.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

10th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Previous sales/purchases with other agents have shown a stark comparison to what we have experienced with our recent purchase with BEAR in Leigh on sea. Communication has often been poor and at times abrupt. We had to constantly prompt and chase for information and basically progressed the purchase ourselves. On collection of our keys it felt like a big anti climax...we were handed our key in a scrappy envelope..no card. On ALL of our other sales/purchases we received a card and even a bottle of wine. We will not be recommending BEAR in Leigh. We would however recommend Hunt Roche in Thorpe Bay, they were absolutely excellent.

One more college i would like to thank to is Victoria Faulkner she was amazing in more then words can describe!! I would recommend target to any family or anyone that is looking for a house or a property they are the most amazing staff i have worked with I am truly great full for these two amazing people Thank you again to Victoria Faulkner & Kai Davies the best service i have ever got from a letting agency
14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I really appreciate the effort and care you all put in. Highly recommended!
14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)They sold a property (our next door) they left the signage right next to our car - it was clearly not installed properly - it fell over and damaged the paint on our car. We did speak to them and they passed us to the signage company - both companies are not happy to cover the cost of damages or provide insurance details for us to recoup our loss. They do not respond to our emails. Not very ethical company.

She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Bonita to anyone in need of real estate services!

27th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I used Leaders Witham today to view a property in Braintree and I was very impressed with the agents. This has been my first time renting in this area and the agents (Ben and Abby) made the process painless and extremely straightforward. I had a huge list of questions for them and they were able to answer all of them. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and their agents in future as their compassion and care is something that will stay with me!
