From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Very tricky and will not tell you exactly why not offering you flat even you have gurantor.<br>One day said come next day 1pm and that day saying oh already gone. I didnt get it.<br>I thought may be I am foreigner or racism is the reason.<br>On universal credit don’t even think to get a flat on rent. Very disappointing and dissatisfied……

Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable compared to some other companies we enquired with. We had bookings within minutes of the property going for sale. From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. From start to finish, she has been absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to keep me updated throughout what turned into a very complicated and stressful house move!<br><br>There were so many twists and turns along the way, and at times I really thought the whole chain was going to fall apart. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
