He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. This can be a stressful time but it simply wasn't. A huge thank you to Shelley and Chris for all their hard work. We could not have asked for more from the team and matters progressed so smoothly. We would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you again

1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We had a very disappointing experience trying to rent a property through this agency. After paying a holding deposit and completing the referencing process, communication was consistently poor, with long delays and little transparency.<br><br>We later discovered (only because a friend enquired about viewing the property) that the landlord was planning to sell. This was never communicated to us, despite us waiting for our tenancy to begin and making arrangements to leave our current home. Had we not found out ourselves, we could have been left without somewhere to live.<br><br>We only received our holding deposit back after threatening to escalate the matter, and throughout the process we were made to feel as though our concerns were unreasonable. The property is still being advertised on their website. Overall, a very frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this agency.

She's always been friendly, responsive, and happy to answer any questions, which has made everything so much easier. I'm really happy with the service she's provided, and she's a great representation of the company.

I was kept informed whenever there was a viewing and given honest feedback, they were always helpful in answering any questions. It was reassuring to know they did regular checks on the property as I don't live nearby. I would definitely recommend Blake and Thickbroom.
