Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. It was easy to get hold of them and they always gave me regular updates.<br><br>They were all very keen to promote and sell my property and Josh led the team very well. I would happily recommend to anyone looking to sell their house in the local area, and beyond.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Since May 2026 I have rented an apartment that is part of a large 1900s building. In summary from my 1st viewing, items that were going to be fixed prior to tenancy were never fixed. Lots of emails/photos communication but did not result in any action by Reed/ Landlord. Ongoing saga and my recommendation is to avoid as there are far better letting agents in the marketplace. The new rental laws from 1st May allow walking away with 2 months notice which is a great step forward.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)With regard to the competitors based in Clacton on Sea, Mike Vincent and Sons Ltd have proved to me they are far the best Estate Agent to liaise with. They are experts in their field but also have very kind, patient personalities; a real plus when you are trying to sell your property with other issues causing extreme distress. If anyone were to ask me who to place their property for sale with I would immediately say Mike Vincent and Sons. I would, publicly, like to give a big, warm thanks to both Mr Ian Hunter and Mr David Gees for all their help regarding the promotion and sale of my property. Many thanks to both you hard working gentlemen (Also best wishes to the newcomer - Lewis).

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.

Alex came round to view the property and was really helpful – explained the whole vetting process properly, gave me great advice, and went through the different options without any pressure. Rose was brilliant behind the scenes too, kept me updated on what I needed and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Both of them made the whole thing feel straightforward and I felt comfortable dealing with them throughout. Would definitely recommend.
