9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)We purchased our flat through Savills in Windsor and were very ably supported throughout the process by Kornelija Makareviciute- her communications throughout the process were excellent- and particularly so when we hit some problems during the legal process post offer. Whilst her client was the seller, we also felt that as purchasers she was responsive to our needs for information and she didn't hold back from nudging both set of solicitors and others in moving the process forward. Her process was very effective and we are grateful to her for that! We achieved exchange and completion within 3 months of offer which for a leasehold property seemed pretty good going!

The entire process was incredibly efficient and professional; Sophie was always responsive to my queries and handled the contract preparation and signing with impressive speed. Her communication is precise and consistently helpful—I strongly recommend her! Since moving in, "Helen" has been managing the property and has been equally wonderful. Any issues I've reported have been handled promptly by professionals. Helen is a highly responsible and effective property manager. Great team overall!

7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Down to earth decent people. I had a strange sale due to unexpected circumstances. Hunt roche were brilliant in dealing with this and made it as stress free as possible. Lee valued my property and has a relaxed no nonsense attitude which, for me, made hunt roche the obvious choice. Ben kept the sale progressing and helped get it over the line with concise communication and understanding of the situation. Thank you!
26th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)If every house move had a Carol, the process would be so much easier. Our purchase tested everyone involved! There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving. She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away. We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care. We are deeply grateful for everything she has done and can’t thank her enough. Carol, if you get to read this I’d like you to know you are a superstar!!
3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I had a first class service from this branch of W.H.Brown selling my parents former home. Each and every aspect of the marketing and selling process was conducted professionally and I felt confident that I was being fully invested in as a client. They were quick to notify me of pending viewings and gave a full appraisal following each. Every member of staff involved had a friendly and personable manner and were a pleasure to engage with, namely Graham, John and lastly but not least Sam who predominantly led the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending using this branch.
15th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Didn't respond to our emails, allowed us to advertise for six months without telling us we needed an energy certificate which could've resulted in us being fined, took 6 months for our property to be removed from their books despite giving the agreed 14 days notice, didn't tell us the property we had purchased stc had been sold to someone else.

I was quite flustered and not very good at English, but Mady Suggers provided very enthusiastic and professional support for a problem unrelated to their work. I am truly grateful to her.

She has been a life saver throughout this entire buying and selling process and would not want to go through this process again without an agent like her! She’s always there to pic up a call and give reassurance. The support and time she has given us has been amazing. Our exchange would not have happened when it did if she hadn’t been as driven as she is and got this across the line. She honestly deserve a pay rise/ promotion and I would absolute recommend anyone to try and have her as their sales progressor. Thank you so much Amy.

Their advice has been very accurate and they clearly understand the local market really well. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the photographs/video, and their use of social media, much better than the competition! Thoroughly recommend them.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
