When the sale fell through we were recommended Martyn Gerrard. Usman and James were available for questions and were clear in what the process was. They were reliable with getting viewings and providing advice and feedback. Overall very happy and would recommend

From Farran's first interaction explaining the process & their services, Ben's visit & valuation with genuine marketing advice followed by Susie's multiple hosted viewings, liaison, communication & passion to deliver service with a smile - what could have been a daunting process became almost a pleasure! 4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)What a pleasure it has been dealing with Bethan and her sales team at David Andrew. Having had 2 sales fall through with another agent due to lack of following up after the sales were agreed we were pretty much at our wits end. However dealing with David Andrew has been a completely different experience. We very swiftly had 2 offers and once the offer was agreed Bethan and Todd stayed in close contact with everyone so that any potential problems were 'nipped in the bud'. An absolute breath of fresh air after out previous experiences, I could not recommend them more highly.- 16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

She made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It was a really positive experience and I truly appreciated her professionalism and friendly attitude

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I wrote the review below some 3 yrs ago and I would now like to update it as follows:<br><br>I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a different Lettings Agent as that property unfortunately falls outside of Neilson & Bauer’s territory.<br><br>This has only reinforced my belief that Neilson & Bauer, led by their down to earth, tell it as it is, legendary, Don Lacovara are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.<br><br>I have had to repeatedly turn to Don’s good nature and ask him about the various different and somewhat frustrating approaches and ways of doing business this other agent has and Don has obliged by calmly guiding me through this turmoil.<br><br>I think it is about time that Neilson & Bauer expand their regional reach.<br><br>Written 3 yrs agp:<br>I am always taken aback at how professional, efficient and effective Neilson Bauer are in getting the job done. Don in charge of lettings is my go to person when I need a flat let.
