Recommend SO sales by Pocket Living as they are supposed to specialise in resale of this type of property. 1. There is no strategy to the sale of these properties which can be tough in any market. Little help with pricing / reduction. It will all be self driven. 2. Lack of communication from the estate agent who operated like this role was a side hustle. Very hard to get a hold of him and mostly communicated via emails. 3. Lack of push to move things both buyer/seller side. Made the prices slow and messy. 4. General lack of ownership and help. Made the process even more stressful. 5. His focus is doing the bare min and shifting responsibility Would not recommend at all. I would pay the extra fees than be blinded by their cheaper fees. They are cheap for a reason.... Read more

Timour at Kingworths was more than helpful back in 2024 when selling our commercial property in Ealing Broadway. The communication was amazing throughout and he went above and beyond to make sure all the ducks were lined up and timeframes were achieved all around. Good Solicitors on both sides also a huge plus.
