No jargon or tech talk, just real people who are always happy to help, at the other end of a phone or inbox.<br>All to often you can get spoken at and you are meant to understand what’s happening, not with Austin Beck, professional and understanding every step of the way. A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.
23rd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning???????????? 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)The whole process of selling my flat in Mount Florida was quick, professional and stress-free thanks to Dario and Karen. From my first phone call with Karen to request a valuation to Dario's visit to value my property, they were so friendly and helpful with great local knowledge and I instantly got a good vibe about Unicorn. The process from there moved so quickly, photography was done, surveyor visited and within just over a week we were on the market with viewings lined up. Communication throughout was on point, Karen was super pro-active in following up with viewers, giving good advice and taking the lead on price negotiations. They also recommended a local solicitor which helped the process flow super smoothly too. All in all I couldn't recommend Unicorn highly enough, a very professional service with a lovely personal touch.

Their communication is excellent both by phone and email. Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you

If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

Communication was excellent, and they kept us regularly updated, which made everything feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their knowledge, efficiency and genuine commitment to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Fantastic service from a fabulous team!

Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.

The Allen & Harris team were so helpful firstly in actually getting my house on the market letting the photographer and the surveyor in to the house when I couldn’t be in Glasgow.<br>Kirsty then handled my viewings and negotiation as well as answering all my questions and being very supportive during the whole process while I navigated a difficult time outside of my house sale.
