5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend Amazing Results and Colin Jenkins to all looking to sell in the Fife area. From the first conversation, Colin’s expertise and local knowledge helped my selling experience a lot, especially having not been based in the area myself. My property went from listed to sold in 9 days, which is a credit to Colin’s work. It is a shame i’m not in the local area as i would most certainly use Amazing Results again.
7th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)We recently used countrywide Dennistoun to sell a property after the passing of a family member . They offered professional, friendly and helpful service . The whole process was handled with ease.We initially used them for a valuation of the property . Unlike other estate agents we contacted that then frequently contacted us to ask if we had made a decision to sell or not , countrywide gave us time and space until we were ready to proceed . Would highly recommend the team at Countrywide Dennistoun!
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at slater Hogg dennistoun have been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. Richard came out to value our house and explained everything clearly so we could understand the process. Zoe could not have been anymore helpful, keeping me updated with the viewings and answering any questions I had. Janice and Ben were also so helpful with booking in the viewings and making sure it was suitable for me! I also recommend David, their mortgage advisor, he has kept me sane the whole process of the mortgage. He explained everything in detail. I cannot thank all the team enough for the help and effort they have put in to selling my home and get our mortgage in process for our next property. Nothing is a bother to any of them and they are always on the ball! Thanks so much again to everyone at slater Hogg dennistoun.

This was my 1st time buying and selling (which they completed both for me) on my own and they all kept me right from the very start until the very end. A fab team altogether, however, Pamela was my point of contact and Craig was my Mortgage advisor and both were on the ball, kept me right and were very patient with all my questions. Such a lovely, warm and friendly team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend very highly ??- 18th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I used the Kirkintilloch branch of Country Wide for a tricky sale. Leslie was brilliant, she kept me fully informed and rang regularly to update. After a nearby fire, they went straight out without a request to check that the property was undamaged. Would recommend.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)When I put a message on the Rightmove website as they say they send this nessage to you then why do I find myself going over the same details time and time again. Makes no sense at all. We didn’t have the smoothest of Sales and Nicola was there for us throughout and we got there in the end. The whole team was very professional when dealing with the viewing stage- couldn’t have been better!

From our initial enquiry about letting our property, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and thorough due diligence in securing suitable tenants. Ongoing support has been excellent, with all queries handled promptly and efficiently. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with them.- 3rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

From the first tentative call about a possible valuation, we have met with consistently friendly, approachable and knowledgeable members of the team. Our property sold quickly and was totally hassle free. A joy to work with!
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Received excellent advice and communication. Kept updated on every viewing. The sale went to completion quicker than I'd thought possible. Highly recommended.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
