Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. I would have no hesitation of using them again should I decide to sell in future.

All members of stuff have been extremely helpful while negotiating the lease and also at the time of moving out. In particular, Anne Meagan, my assigned property manager, was very efficient whenever a repair needed to be carried out.

8th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!- 10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Natalia and the team have been absolutely fantastic with us and we could not run our business without them. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!
9th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I have been using Dallas McMillan Solicitors for the past 5 years or so, they have handled my last 3 property moves and I could not be happier with their service. Prior to using Dallas McMillan, the previous property lawyers I used I found to be slow to respond, unclear about processes and quite stressful to deal with however, the exact opposite is the case for Dallas McMillan. Everyone that I have dealt with at this firm including Rachel, Abbey, and Richard have been nothing but helpful, quick to respond, and completely put you at ease during a stressful time. I have also used them to create my wills and again, the service has been completely easy and smooth. 1000% recommend this firm.
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We initially did not intend to leave a negative review and wanted to let the matter lie. However, the agency’s consistently defensive and unapologetic responses, followed by a complete failure to respond at all, forced our hand. We instructed the agency to carry out a deep clean and remedial works before any viewings took place. Despite clear instructions, the cleaning was delayed over a month and the remedial works took almost two months to complete. During this time we had to repeatedly chase progress, wasting significant time and energy and incurring unnecessary financial cost due to extended vacancy. Communication focused on justifying decisions rather than following explicit client instructions. Ownership was avoided throughout, and when concerns were raised, the response became defensive rather than constructive. While the work was eventually completed, the overall service fell well below what should be expected from a professional property management agency. We would not recommend them to landlords who value timely execution, clear communication, and accountability.
18th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

We chose Pacitti Jones as their online portal is super helpful, they have excellent local knowledge of properties and the market, and Shona kept us informed, answered any and all questions we had (there were lots!). We got the offer we wanted within a few weeks of putting our flat on the market. They made the entire experience really easy and managed our expectations very well. Highly recommend considering PJ as your next estate agents of you're buying/selling in Dennistoun.
