We have had an extremely efficient and supportive service at every step of the way, and Tammy you were instrumental in solving the last minute issue which meant that the sale was not lost.<br><br>We would also give a special mention to Harry in lettings who was fantastic in dealing with the tenants exit, the technical and legal lettings advice he gave us, and the seamless way he worked with the sales team to coordinate everything that needed to be done was excellent.<br><br>We are very impressed and would absolutely recommend RMJ sales and lettings services.<br>Thank you ??????

He took the time to call us and get a clear understanding of exactly what we were looking for, he then arranged a viewing the following week that perfectly met our criteria. From start to finish, Jack has been in constant communication and always reachable to answer any questions we had. He has made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. We honestly could not recommend him highly enough and can’t thank him enough for all of his help.

Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

I was dreading the whole process but they made it easy.- 29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

25th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.
