Since I was buying from abroad, it was especially important to have someone I could rely on, and Charlotte made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. She was always responsive, proactive, and went out of her way to show me every property that matched my criteria within the limited time I had in London.<br><br>Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a property.

Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Always keeping me updated on progress and chasing solicitors on my behalf. The progression team have been fantastic and they dealt with everything from the point of my offer being accepted and a big thank you to Corrie-Leigh who showed me around during the viewing and kept me updated. She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

Lea Carty was particularly helpful in following up with the solicitors and dealing with the enquiries. I managed to move house in a few months and whole process went through as smoothly as possible.

3rd Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Truly the worst service one could experience from an estate agent. John and Mariem were extremely unreasonable, obstinate and down right rude. Refused to request items from the landlord like removing furniture and allowing keys to be returned early at end of tenancy. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days in winter and we had to quote the unfit for habitation act before they responded to my requests to send someone to fix.

In the chaos of the London rental market, they made everything feel smooth and personal, and worked so quickly to get everything over the line for us. From the viewing through to referencing and signing, they were always easy to speak to and really helpful with every step. We’re so excited to be moving into our new home and really grateful for all their help. Thank you Charlotte and Rasha! Highly recommend.
