25th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

27th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We purchased our home through Allen Davies and had the absolute pleasure of working with Vivien Klucso.<br><br>Buying a house is one of the biggest decisions you make in your life and can often be stressful but Vivien made it incredibly easy. She is exceptionally responsive and extremely accommodating; replying to emails promptly, facilitating multiple visits, finding out answers to all our queries from the seller. I cannot overstate how important this is.<br><br>She's warm, friendly, open and honest. I think she genuinely enjoys what she does and I highly recommend working with her. We're extremely grateful and very excited for our life in our new home.

14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!

Di Gong was quick to response to my email and his approach to explaining me the current rental market conditions in London were very professional, realistic and pragmatic; something you dont find in many agents. He was very quick to respond and explain to all my questions, and was always available to assist in anything i need.<br>The process to onboard me as a new client was super easy and quick and the management fee and various charges are very reasonable (and lower) compared to most letting agents around. All in all i have to say that the service was top notch, very professional and i would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy agents in London.- 14th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Great service for us finding our new rental.
