The agency was always responsive, professional, and quick to deal with any issues in the flat. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. We highly recommend Richard and his company to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency. You won’t be disappointed!

Ali at Hamptons stood out in particular since he directly understood our need, and once we found the apartment, he made sure everything was going as fast as possible. The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

18th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)We found our rental apartment through Sunny Bay. The agent was very helpful showing us around the place and the communication has been very clear and easy from the start. After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
2nd Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

12th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I chose Steven to sell my flat because he seemed so honest and straight when I first met him -- and he proved to be exactly that as the sale progressed through all kinds of unexpected headaches. I can't recommend him highly enough; he was always responsive, never unrealistic and very attentive to details. He was also very supportive and comporting when necessary. Trust him and his judgement, it's worth it!
