Their guidance when I rented out my flat was so helpful and they have consistently been pro active in keeping me up to date with all my obligations as a landlord, and also just being a pleasure to deal with. I'm also a small business owner and strive to give first class service to my clients and I appreciate the same high standards in their approach as well.
12th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .

Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. No one got back to me to confirm whether the viewing was going ahead. Feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency to let or sell their property- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.

A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. 20th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….
