2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Mine was a relatively simple sale - one bed flat , no chain not very exciting but that didn’t effect the level of service, enthusiasm and professionalism of James, Derek and their staff. All went smoothly and when legal people seemed to be dragging their heels a bit they were on them and by contacting them for updates daily the sale went through relatively smoothly. As I was over 200 miles away it was a relief to have people that could deal with everything , do all viewings with little input from myself. Highly recommend

As a Charity based in London holding residential property investments far away, we rely on quality of service which can often be difficult to find in the residential lettings market. We had our property on the market for months with a high street agent and switched to Simon & Co. as we were feeling low priority and the difference was incredible, within a short period of time we had viewings and offers on our property at a time the housing market was stagnant. Sol was so kind and professional from the beginning when we marketed and kept us updated throughout the selling process ensuring good communication channels between ourselves and our buyer. They seemed to genuinely care how everything was going and were so personable making what could have been stressful seem easy. We would definitely use Simon & Co again and highly recommend them. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

She went above and beyond to help us. Her guidance made us easy to understand the options available and she was always patient in answering all our questions. I Highly recommend her.

Communication and an honest approach has enabled us to get to this point. Whilst at times we have felt like giving up, Michael has been proactively chasing the chain, sending multiple updates, keeping us informed at all times and kept us motivated for the end goal. By far the best agent out there.

They went way over and above to help with complications with the previous tenants, James answered the phone to me no matter how big or small my questions and just really supported with solicitors language to keep the momentum going and help me understand exactly what was going on. I am so happy I had the pleasure of dealing with them and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Professional and personal and utterly top service.
