The team all pulled together to help me rent out my house and then go on to sell it within 6months. The team were supportive, professional and efficient every step of the way and really worked together to ensure the best outcome. 2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

They took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring we always felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Communication was outstanding throughout; we were kept constantly updated and always felt fully in the loop, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was their genuine care and dedication. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their positive, proactive approach gave us complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find a team that combines such expertise with such a personal touch. Always quick to reply, punctual for viewings and answered all my silly 1st time buyer questions. Perhaps being an independent local agent makes the difference. All I can say is thanks and you'll be recommended! Hopefully won't be needing you any time soon but if I do, I won't bother with anyone else.

From start to finish the whole team were so helpful, Justin dealt with marketing us and we sold within a week! Kathy was great and really understanding with the progression, we honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else to make ease of such a stressful situation like moving house. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!

Everyone has been excellent and always really friendly and approachable and a great app, with all viewings, feedback and any updates on. Lovely Harry, so good at conducting the viewings, James and Rob for advice, Chris with his knowledge and of course amazing Audrey who goes above and beyond on getting it all over the line. We have changed our view of Estate agents, the move has been very stress free. Thank you all really appreciate the work you all put in????????
