More recently we were in the capable hands of Susy & colleagues where we were selling one of our properties. We were kept updated on the process and they maintained in constant contact with the solicitors on both sides. The exchange went to the wire and at 4.55 we had a relived and equally delighted Susy on the phone to give us all the good news, completion was the following week. WPR are a enthusiastic team and go out of their to help, hence why we have used them for all these years.

9th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

This was fantastic service from the start: Yvonne is reassuring, professional and efficient. Both Yvonne and Amber have a friendly, empathetic manner and dealt with any query I had really quickly. They turned what was initially a really stressful situation for me into a smooth, fuss free experience and I therefore thoroughly recommend Austin and Wyatt Lettings - I have been using them for nearly 10 years to find tenants for my property and each time the experience gets better and better. Thank you both, you're a credit to your profession.

The open day was an immense success, with 11 interested parties and 3 offers, 2 of which at the asking price. The house was marketed and sold within a week.

Thanks to Luke and Dan’s proactive and strategic approach to marketing, our property was actually sold prior to going on Rightmove, before photos were even taken!<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, the exceptional service continued. Chanelle kept us promptly updated throughout the entire transaction, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and keeping our minds at ease.<br><br>We have nothing but good words to say about the entire team. We highly recommend Parker’s, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. They were extremely professional; with a genuine care for us as buyers, unlike some estate agents, they seem to really care! Jamie and Matt (owners) took time to regularly check in with us, made the process tick along smoothly, and have even followed up to see if we are doing well in our new home. They are extremely down to earth, and we found them honest and helpful.<br><br>Matt is extremely knowledgeable, a truly lovely bloke who is only too happy to offer helpful advice when you need it.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and will use them in the future for any other moves we may have.<br><br>Thank you to all of the team at Right Choice!
