Polly and colleagues from the Alton branch have been nothing but professional, friendly and most of all reassuring. Susy Brooks who progressed our sale and purchase kept us uptodate at all times with no need for us to chase at any point and nothing was too much trouble. What can be a very stressful process was made so much easier by the way in which we were looked after by the WPR team.<br><br>We would definitely recommend WPR to anyone thinking of buying or selling. They're on it!

16th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Me and my partner had an extremely positive experience with Henry Adams in Petersfield. Siobhan was the estate aged that we dealt with and she was simply fantastic. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could move into a new rental property with extremely short notice on both parts. We had had an unpleasant experience previously to this. Leaving us with 9 days to find somewhere to live. She went above and beyond to ensure that all paperwork was complete and the new rental property fit to move into, even though due to our push for time it left her little time to do so. We can’t thank her and all the team enough and we are very happy in our new home. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Henry Adams in petersfield and in particular Siobhan Merrett. 3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Just moved into a property at the arts centre managed by these guys. The place is so dirty, I’m hiring someone to come clean , bathroom door is broken, freezer doesn’t seal, downstairs shower doesn’t work but apparently we were made aware at the viewing that the place was old so these are acceptable. At the viewing they were still working on the place painting so you’d assume the work would be to bring the place to par and one would also assume it would be cleaned and brought to standard before tenant moving in but it’s a struggle having conversations with the agent (either over email or phone) he’s quite unlikeable and combative, he’s default mode seems to be deflection or obfuscation instead of just acknowledging or trying to listen. Every time I’ve spoken to him, he’s repartee has been you were told, I’ve barely interacted with him. Literally the first day I’m in the property and the relationship is already sour. Don’t use these guys if this is the standard. Honestly it’s amateur hour. I tell him I’m going to review the place against the inventory his response was you were told at the viewing the place was older, implying I should just accept the inventory as is and any broken stuff as normal (including ventilators in both bathroom not working, which is illegal) such insane and condescending responses from a “senior consultant” ??????.

He came armed with all the local comparable house prices when valuing my property and this gave me confidence in him and our valuation. He’s team then sold our house quickly and maintained great communication between us and our buyers. Tom and his team were and professional throughout!

We haven’t moved house in 40 years and Dan was a calming voice of experience and professionalism throughout the process, especially when issues arose. The later part of the process was handled by Emma George of Parkers who also guided us through the extensive paperwork requirements. We are very grateful to Parkers Estate Agents and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.

They also refused to allow us to move onto a rolling contract so they could continue to collect the renewal fee every six months. They ended our tenancy saying the landlord wanted the house back, when we left it was back on the market with an increase in rent. We got our full deposit back and were good tenants.
