His communication was great, especially when exchange became drawn out. Excellent service and even met me at the new house with the keys on completion. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again ??????

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Rob and the team were fantastic from the get go. Patiently waiting for us to make decisions and communicating any issues in a timely manner. Rob priced the house for a quick sale and we achieved that within two days! Highly recommended.

Abbie was our principal contact and she went out of her way to help us and make the whole process much simpler, quicker and friendlier than it might have otherwise been. We love our new home and so are not thinking about selling it obviously, but if we needed an estate agent, I would definitely choose Homes.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. From start to finish, they have gone above and beyond what I could ever have expected. In particular, Amelie Budd, but also Lloyd and Simon have been exceptional. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what truly set them apart was their kindness and compassion. During what can often be a stressful and emotional process, they treated me with genuine care, patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their communication was clear, prompt and reassuring throughout, and I always felt supported and respected. It is rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a human, empathetic approach. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly puts their clients first.

ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The people who work in the Havant branch of this estate agent were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Always friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They kept me updated throughout the whole process of selling my house. I would recommend them over any other estate agent in Havant, I had a disappointing experience with the one a few doors along with the rude woman who works in there. Rob and James went above and beyond and would definitely use them again.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Currently under offer and in today's market that means there is still a road to travel? However, choosing Jackson Bailey has so far proved a very good decision. My choice was based on viewing houses advertised with Jack 2 years ago and, now I am selling, "interviewing" Jack along with two household name agents locally : professional, friendly, reactive and efficient service and really understand the local market. No salesman -charm and then using faceless team members that know nothing about your property - exact opposite - hands on, genuine support from small, efficient and responsive team - well recoommend!

Their approach has been genuinely personal, they’ve taken the time to really understand what we’re looking for and are clearly focused on finding us the right property, rather than just sending us a catalogue of listings. Rosanna and Viv in particular have been incredible: proactive, thoughtful, and a real pleasure to work with. We feel truly supported throughout the process and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Speedy, professional and transparent from the very beginning. The team I've dealt with (Kez, Olivia, and Ana) have all been super helpful throughout the whole process of renting. Hopefully more agencies can adopt such a high standard of services with no trickery involved.
