The entire purchasing process was very complex and often complicated, due to a series of legal hurdles and unexpected obstacles. But Ben’s deep knowledge of the market, combined with his vast experience, relentless perseverance, and calm professionalism, kept us moving forward. After a lengthy journey, we were finally able to secure the house we truly wanted. I can’t thank him enough, and I would highly recommend him to anyone navigating a complex purchase. Thank you, Ben, and the team!

Despite working with the sellers side rather than with us directly, they were incredibly helpful. Emma especially was always at the end of the email and happy to help us- which was so useful as we were first time buyers.
14th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Although our sale turned into a VERY lengthy ordeal, I must say it was not the fault of Charters. Their communication after the initial sale was really first class and the after sales team kept us up to date when news came. They were equally as frustrated as we were with all the solicitors involved in the sale and I am still at a loss as to why that process took nearly 6 months! First class service from start to finish from Charters though

He went through all options with us, he was also well prepared for the meeting and answered all the questions (even those silly ones :) ) . Even though we decided to do not put the house for sale I was very surprised the way he treated us and the standard of service he has given . We gonna put the house back again for sell in the future and definitely will choose Cubbit&west! Highly recommend!

Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

17th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Pettengells New Milton who succeeded where others had failed. From the moment Kevin came to see our place, we had viewings lined up almost immediately and a were kept up to date with the feedback. They always returned our calls when asked to and a special shout out to Matthew who provided such a calming, reassurance when things seemed to be getting a little stressful in the chain. Sold at a reasonable price which shows it was priced correctly from the off with no over promising from the estate agent as some do. From our first meeting to handing our keys over, we have had nothing but a positive experience. Would highly recommend.

12th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)From the moment that James visited the property, I felt very comfortable. James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting. The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla. HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.

5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)We rented from Parkers for roughly 2.5 years in Totton. If we'd not have moved to Wales to purchase our first home we would have happily stayed tenants with Parkers. Richard, Oliver, and Katherine offer a straightforward service to tenants and landlords that provides people with comfortable, safe, and reliable homes. I'd rented all my adult life, my parents rented, as does my sibling - I can hand on heart say I've never come across another estate agent I would recommend, but I would completely recommend Parkers. Sorry to be leaving!

After some useful discussion and information, I attended a viewing with Aimee who I found to be very personable and well prepared for my viewing (paperwork in hand and punctuality observed!!). All my questions were handled effectively and I found the whole experience enjoyable - thank you, Aimee!
