I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.
15th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot rate Hearnes high enough for being so professional and helpful, through all the ups and downs I have to say that Sam has been a complete star in every way, my own estates agents were hopeless to say the least but Sam kept me updated with everything and made things happen, I cannot rate this company enough to buy and sell through. We got there in the end and I'm so happy in my new home ??????

He took the time to understand our requirements, stayed committed throughout the search, and helped us find the perfect property. His professionalism, patience, and dedication made the whole experience seamless.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service from Jonathan and the Hamptons team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly client-focused estate agent.

We are first time buyers and we fell in love with a home in the area, of which Izzy was showing and from the get go she was brilliant. She made the process feel so easy and has been so attentive throughout. We had a really smooth experience overall and Izzy definitely helped keep us calm, answered all our questions (however silly they were), always kept us updated with the movements of the sale as well as being a really pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

As our sales progressor, she worked tirelessly to get us to exchange, keeping everything moving even when things became challenging.<br><br>Her communication was excellent, she was always proactive in chasing solicitors and other parties, and she kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and her determination, professionalism, and commitment made a huge difference to the whole process.<br><br>We genuinely don’t believe we would have reached exchange without Leanne’s persistence and hard work. She went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. We would highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about getting the job done.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Cut a significant portion of my deposit for small things such as a single strand of hair on the kitchen floor. Nobody here take accountability and they will instead always have a snarky comeback for you. Lease with anyone but The Home Agency!

They were instantly in the role of experienced - even wise - old friends. The result? An instant flurry of keen potential buyers and success, after 3 visits, in an agreed sale, completing on 26/6/26, well in excess of the asking price IN JUST 8 DAYS! You couldn't choose a better team to do the same or similar for your sale.

We originally came across Bernard’s when viewing/ enquiring on other properties they were managing, where we had our first interactions with Ellie. We then arranged a viewing on the property we have purchased and were really pleased when we found out Ellie was managing the sale. We cannot express how fantastic Ellie has been throughout, we had challenges and delays in our chain and Ellie went above and beyond throughout to help push the sale forward, keep us updated, guide us through our options and also source detailed updates which other parts of the chain were not providing.<br><br>Ellie is an absolute credit to Bernard’s - with all members of the team we have interacted with being really helpful and supportive.If we ever need to sell, we wouldn’t think twice about using Bernard’s.- 8th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Selling a house is always a stressful experience, but Brockenhurst did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible. My latest sale handled by them through the Oakley office took around six weeks from first viewing to completion! All the Brockenhurst team where professional and helpful at every turn, but a big mention to Ashlea Herrod {Move Manager), who has been particularly sipportive in getting the sale over the line. I highly recomment their services

He persuaded me to sell through fox and sons and has helped me whenever I’ve needed it during the sale. I cannot recommend him enough, he always seems happy and has a smile on his face and makes you feel so very important. Highly recommend Charlie to be the next Manager as he keeps the Southsea office going regardless!!
