11th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

Emma and Charlie have been incredibly helpful with arranging veiwings, answering querys, providing support over the phone and helping me to secure an offer on the property in very swift time! Bethany has been brilliant in providing expert mortgage advice, even working on a Sunday to try and find the best possible mortgage rates, as well as providing guidance towards every detail of the house buying process!<br><br>As a first time buyer the expertise and guidance from the team has been invaluable, and I would strongly recommend them for any future house buying / selling adventures<br><br>Thankyou for all your hard work!

23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I honestly can’t thank Adam enough for everything he did during my move.<br><br>As a single woman with severe disabilities selling a house on my own, I was genuinely very scared and worried about the whole process and how I was going to manage everything. From the very start, Adam was incredibly warm and made me feel like I wasn’t facing it all alone. He went above and beyond to help me in ways I would never have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Before the photos were taken, Adam even got stuck in and helped me make sure the house looked its absolute best, from hoovering to helping with the little finishing touches. Because of my disabilities, there were things I simply couldn’t manage myself, so having him step in without hesitation and help in such a practical and thoughtful way meant more to me than he probably ever realised.<br><br>Once we found a buyer, things became pretty stressful with the chain and there always seemed to be some new uncertainty. Adam was there the whole way through, keeping me updated, reassuring me when I was worried and chasing solicitors whenever things needed pushing. He was always happy to talk to me on the phone, even during the times when I was calling a lot because I was worried or anxious about what was happening. He never made me feel like I was a nuisance and was incredibly patient, kind and reassuring.<br><br>When the stress of the move became overwhelming and made me very unwell, Adam was genuinely so supportive and understanding. Every time there was paperwork or documents that needed dealing with, he would come round to help me complete them and make sure they were sent to the right people. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him.<br><br>The move genuinely wouldn’t have happened without him. Then, the day before completion, he came back one last time to help hoover again so the house was ready for the new owners. That’s the kind of care and service you just don’t expect these days.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about the person behind the sale and will do everything he can to get your move over the finish line, I couldn’t recommend Adam at Fox & Sons highly enough. I’ll always be incredibly grateful for everything he did for me.

They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

The first viewing date and time was stuck to. They answered my questions regarding the property and AST terms promptly.<br>If I was in need of an estate agent again service, I would prefer to rent / sell / buy through Henry Adams.

From start to finish, Helen and her team were absolutely wonderful to deal with; efficient, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful throughout the sale of our home.<br><br>They consistently went above and beyond, and every member of the team we dealt with was exemplary. Selling a house can inevitably be stressful at times, but their experience, communication and calm, reassuring approach made the whole process feel remarkably straightforward.<br><br>A genuinely fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed plenty of guidance, and Frank was patient, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.<br><br>His communication was outstanding - he was always on the ball, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available to answer the phone whenever I needed him. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>What really stood out was how helpful he was in making sure I was fully prepared for moving into my new home. He took the time to ask the previous homeowners questions on my behalf, so I knew how everything in the property worked before moving in. He is 90, and decided to move closer to the family, and i was very worried about the process of him dealing with an estate agent, but as soon as i spoke to Sean, i knew he was the right person for the job! He was caring, informative and understanding of the whole situation. My uncle liked to 'pop' in to the office now and again to check in, and Sean was always friendly and welcoming to him. The viewings were always accompanied and he was always given feedback. If you are thinking about using this agent, DO IT - you won't be dissapointed.<br>Thanks so much again for all of your hard work.
