19th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Our experience was so bad, the chasing, empty promises that Patrick the owner made, complete lack of honesty and treatment was beyound appalling. Always an excuse.. I can't even put into words how let down and completely shocked we have been at the treatment from this man.

The only time you hear from the owner is when she hears some gossip and then think it's ok to call you up like your a school kid and have a go at you. Very poor care or respect to tenants. Go at your own risk to this shoddy business!!!!

The information pack was comprehensive and contained much useful information. The sales team were all helpful and friendly each of them having the background of my property sale at their fingertips. Thus ensuring great communication between us.

19th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Awful experience. Lack of communication, lying to prospective buyers. Late and unprofessional with viewings, staged false viewings, just couldn’t be bothered. As for professional standards, brochure was a disaster of poor photos, false information, website never updated and a contract which equated to a scribbled mess if I’m honest. Altogether a dreadful experience that cost us both in time and financially. They admitted truth but no apology. Wish we had never trusted them. Maybe they have become too complacent and need to retire. All staff are incompetent and that comes from the top..png)

They supported us through the sale of our Amersham home, which ended up being a much longer and more challenging journey than any of us expected due to difficulties getting our tenants out of the property.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, the team were absolutely incredible. Their support, guidance, patience and communication were second to none. There were definitely moments when the whole situation felt incredibly stressful, but they were always at the end of the phone, keeping us updated, offering advice and helping us navigate each hurdle as it came.<br><br>They went above and beyond what I would ever expect from an estate agent and genuinely cared about getting us through to completion. I honestly don’t think we could have done it without them.<br><br>After such a tough journey, finally getting the sale completed was a huge relief and we are so grateful to the whole team for sticking with us every step of the way.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares, communicates and supports you from beginning to end, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John Roberts.<br><br>Thank you so much for everything — we really couldn’t have done it without you! ??????????????
