On first meeting John, he was very professional and friendly, making myself feel very assured that we'd chosen the right Estate Agent for us. We felt their valuation was spot on, the marketing photos looked great with communication via WhatsApp and email being very good from start to finish. Megan, especially, kept myself calm, as it was a very stressful process over 10 months. Megan came across as being very professional, friendly with a calming influence. We couldn't have undertaken this sale without Megan and John. Highly recommend Fairfield Estate Agents.

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)We are first time buyers. Found a lovely home with no chain. Even still, we had some issues with the law firm which delayed the process to around 3 months. Parklane Property Agents were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We would like to especially thank (Amie) as she was a superstar. She gave great advice, her communication was next level and she was a real support throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend her and Parklane Property Agents enough. So reassuring that there are still some generally helpful and caring estate agents available these days Best estate agent by far !
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)From the first meeting with Lucy, when she came to value our property, I knew we were on the same wavelength.<br>It wasn't an easy sale for a variety of reasons, but all the way through, until completion and beyond, the whole team were supportive, helpful, friendly and very professional.<br>Read their brochure and compare it to other agents.<br>Most agents are we, we, we.<br>Putterills is you, you, you.<br>As a buyer or a seller they are there for their clients, first and foremost, and I thank them all for their help.

As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how supportive and approachable they were throughout the entire process.<br><br>They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond, and more than happy to talk through any questions we had, no matter how small. They even invited us to their office for a more detailed chat, taking the time to walk us through everything and make sure we felt comfortable at each stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive they were in keeping things progressing smoothly, while also ensuring everything was handled efficiently and with care.<br><br>Overall, they made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. 19th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)talk the talk to get you in, but if you're a low value property they don't put much effort in. i got 0 feedback from the viewings i had. one time an agent didn't turn up and the viewer went home and didn't re book. poor communication in responding to emails. i felt like my property was low on their list of priorities. no chase up when the contract was coming to an end to see if i wanted to extend. when i said i was listing with another agent they didn't ask for feedback or try to keep my business.
29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Moving Places. The property was rented to me in an unacceptable condition. It had clearly not been cleaned before I moved in, and it was dirty throughout. There were also broken pieces of furniture left in the flat, which should have been dealt with before new tenants moved in.<br>Communication has been extremely poor. It often feels like the only time they are responsive is when rent is due. Whenever I reported issues or requested updates, it was difficult to get a response or any meaningful action.<br><br>To make matters worse, several appliances were faulty and remained unrepaired for months despite being reported multiple times. This was especially difficult because I have children, and these unresolved issues had a significant impact on our daily lives.<br><br>Overall, I found the service unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend Moving Places based on my experience, and I hope they improve their property standards, maintenance, and communication with tenants.

David and his team were exceptional from start to finish and would like to say a big thank you for not only selling our property but also finding us the house we needed to hopefully get our eldest into Simon Balle Secondary School! So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords. From start to finish Zak, Megan and Matt have been a real pleasure to work with, answering a multitude of questions and working hard to make my move as smooth as possible, being super responsive and proactive. Make sure Zak is on your team, he will definitely go above and beyond to solve any problem you might encounter and 100% salvaged a disaster of my own making within mere hours. Thank you!

From the very beginning, he was absolutely exceptional and made the whole process feel so much easier than it could have been.<br>Adam was incredibly professional, approachable and proactive throughout. He kept me informed at every stage, was always available when I had questions, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and I always felt that I was in safe hands.<br>There were certainly challenges along the way as everyone goes through during selling / buying properties, but Adam handled every situation calmly and professionally. He went above and beyond to keep things moving, liaise with everyone involved and help overcome any issues that arose. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for him. What really stood out for me was how much Adam genuinely cared about the process and the people involved. He didn’t simply do his job but he took ownership, kept pushing things forward and was incredibly supportive right through to exchange.
