27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

We faced some particularly complex issues during the process, and the Westley was instrumental in holding the chain together. MA didn't just manage the sale; they proactively smoothed out complications and ensured we finally got across the line. ?If you want an agent who stays involved and genuinely cares about the outcome, I can’t recommend them enough. Consistent, professional, and highly effective.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I recently bought a property in St Albans through Ashtons. The service and attention to detail I received was exceptional. From my original contact everyone that was involved in my purchase were professional and very knowledgeable. The initial viewings were very impressive with the agent well briefed on the properties. They also listened to my wish list and found properties that fitted my brief. They were very flexible with appointments and arranged second viewings seamlessly. Once I was prepared to make an offer Ryan in the St Albans handled the initial stage. He was professional, friendly and was always available to answer any of my queries. The purchase was then handed to Hannah in the Harpenden office and again the service she provided was second to none. It made the experience very straightforward and actually quite enjoyable! If you’re considering buying a property in St Albans I cannot recommend Ashtons highly enough. Exceptional service, amazing staff and the best Estate Agent I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you….I love my new home!!

From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and clearly committed to achieving the best outcome for us. The valuation process was thorough and well-explained, giving us great confidence in the pricing strategy. We were especially impressed by the extra time and care taken to present our home at its best — the photographs were beautifully done and truly captured all the unique features and details of the property. Jonathan Davis was realistic, professional, and knowledgeable during the initial meeting. The sales team (shout out to Lauren, Daniel, and Samantha) were always responsive, engaged, and provided prompt, helpful feedback after viewings. They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. A special mention to Russell for his care and attention throughout, and to Narinder, who oversaw the final stages of the process. Narinder was fantastic - keeping everything moving forward and providing reassurance during a time when things go quiet or slow down. Overall, a highly professional and supportive team. I would strongly recommend Morris Dibben Southampton. You’ll be in great hands every step of the way. Thank you all for your help in selling my property.
22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I’ve never dealt with a worse estate agent. Moving from Cornwall to York, I trusted them not to take advantage of me, given that I couldn’t see the property in person before renting it. What I was greeted by was scarcely believable, as you can see from the photos. They routinely ignored me when I asked to have things fixed, and lied to me when I asked them to contact the landlord, stating they had contacted them when they hadn’t. Use Ashtons instead. They were exemplary when I used them instead. My old landlord has even left Bridgfords to take his business to Ashtons as well. Pathetic, shameless company. As part of this process (both selling and buying), we came across a number of different agencies, and the Akeman team is easily the most professional, responsive, honest, accommodating and helpful team. From viewings, to deal negotiations, to progressing the sale, they are supportive and transparent at every step. They follow-through with their promises. Bottom line, I never felt the need to "chase" them on anything, and that speaks volumes. They are simply a breath of fresh air after some mixed experience I've had with other estate agents. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell/ let their home in the area to give them a call!
