The whole team are professional, approachable and genuinely committed to delivering the best experience possible. A very special mention has to go to Charlie, who truly goes above and beyond. From our first enquiry to receiving our valuation, everything was handled with efficiency and care. Charlie arranged our valuation super quickly and provided clear, honest advice that made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. 8th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)When I moved in originally I gave a 5* review. Once they had my money they stopped communicating, wouldn’t do the things they said they would, passed blame around and never took accountability, did not follow their own policies when it came to repairs. It got to the point where we had to threaten legal action if they did not get the repairs done. Our landlord failed to provide enough keys and so we were told we had to pay to make copies ourselves. We had many issues with the property and Tucker Gardner was no help. They lied to us prior to signing the lease and went back on promises they had made. It has been over a month since we moved out and we still have not received our deposit. Communication is terrible at Tucker Gardner. I am truly disappointed that what started out as a great relationship quickly turned sour. Our landlord also had his own struggles with them not providing the services he was paying for. Don’t work with TG Lettings, they’re dishonest and they don’t care once they have your money.

Lovely personal touch to add of a wonderful hamper left.in property for us and was ideal and thoughtful when needed most full of useful items that turned out to be essential. Would recommend every time have that professional touch where they really do care. Thank you Salters 10 / 10 ????????????????????

Great result, AND we enjoyed the journey thanks to Adam and Jack. I strongly recommend Willmott and Lake if you're looking for a house around Bishop's Stortford.
