22nd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)The worst letting agency out there. Getting them to support the tenant with anything is like pulling teeth. We’ve been asking and filing requests for over 4 months to have Connells send one to take a look at our kitchen sink, and it still hasn’t happened. They keep passing blame around to building maintenance, to the landlord, but never actually taking any action to support the tenant. On top of that, the communication comes whenever Connells feels like it. They set response timelines which are rarely adhered to and even when they do communicate, it’s nothing of substance. Avoid at all costs!

They were brilliant from start to finish, keeping the conveyancing process moving, communicating effectively with all parties and efficiently supplying all necessary information. I would particularly recommend Jake Ginty, he was knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from him.

It was an unusual property, I live overseas, the buyers were tricky, lawyers were delayed and we needed additional last minute help to empty the house to meet the deadline - but everything was handled with professionalism and expert guidance. Karen also has great local networks - a moving company helped us at the 11th hour, only because they knew it was for her. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re so glad we chose Maddisons, and you can absolutely trust Karen to manage even the most challenging situations. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

The entire process was incredibly efficient and professional; Sophie was always responsive to my queries and handled the contract preparation and signing with impressive speed. Her communication is precise and consistently helpful—I strongly recommend her! Since moving in, "Helen" has been managing the property and has been equally wonderful. Any issues I've reported have been handled promptly by professionals. Helen is a highly responsible and effective property manager. After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, she helped me secure the ideal flat in the right location, at the right price, and without any stress. What was an extremely stressful situation was made significantly easier by our experience with Kings Group, and in particular Rosy O’Brien. Rosy was professional, efficient, and consistently supportive throughout the process. Beyond that, she brought a genuinely human approach to what could easily have been an impersonal transaction, taking the time to understand our situation and act with care and consideration. We are very grateful for her help during a difficult time.

16th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)We'd had a trying period with another local estate agent before turning to Dey King and Haria based on a stellar experience with Joshua Roston when viewing a property some months prior. Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, personable and, above all else, honest. It was on that basis that we reached out to see if DKH could value our property. We felt they worked a lot harder to market it and Joshua's communication throughout the process was flawless. He is very clearly someone who cares about his work and his clients – not a trait displayed in all estate agents. Once the sale was agreed, Joshua put us into the equally capable hands of Hannah James in her role as Sales Progressor. Hannah was every bit as diligent, open and helpful as her colleague and went out of her way time and time again to move things along throughout a difficult process that saw the buyer's solicitor close down mere days before exchange. She was proactive, very assured and unflappable throughout – precisely what was needed when dealing with previously unseen circumstances and a difficult managing agent. Joshua and Hannah are both a credit to Dey King and Haria which is a firm we would not just use again but recommend to anyone in the areas they operate. Estate agents have a reputation – DKH and its employees are doing a very good job of re-writing it for the better.

Their advice has been very accurate and they clearly understand the local market really well. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the photographs/video, and their use of social media, much better than the competition!
